I was comissioned by Scottish Opera to produce a series of illustrations to be used in a pop-up opera as part of the run up to their recent main production of Rossini's Cinderella, a dark and comical version of the fairlytale classic. The pop-up opera appeared in public places around Scotland, where the illustrations were displayed on large boards alongside a musician, singer and narrator.
This project was a collaboration with my sister, Claire Fleck, who did the character design.
